January 18th to 20th - Eat, Sleep, Capoeira III

Our first event of the new year! We will be holding weekend full of workshops, for all levels; with various instructors of our Mandinga family and other Capoeira Instructors from other groups. Join us for a series of workshops, rodas and non-stop training as we eat a little, sleep a little and play a lot capoeira.

Also, come join the fun this year, to welcome all of our new students, as we hold a Batizado as part of weekend festivities.
